In the book by Delforge (2016: p. 198), such a plant (almost identical form!) is considered to be O. adenocheila. What a problem to occur together with another species (O. purpurea subsp. caucasica)? Pale O. purpurea subsp. caucasica should be without dark papillae on the labellum:
