Может их не в воде рассматривать, кто-нибудь знает как в таком случае поступить? Тут:https://forum.plantarium.ru/viewtopic.php?id=90828 вроде такой же бриум - клетки лучше видны, но всё равно хлоропласты плохо просматриваются.
