| Janis Ruksans | Both Allium nevskianum and Allium alexeianum although superficially something similar, both are different not only by morphology and growing habitats in the wild but also genetically, and they are different in cultivation, too, so joining of both under one name is incorrect. See WCSP and IPNI.
