Very similar to Orobanche gracilis f. panxantha.

Dear Holger, thank you for the suggestion. It would be extremely interesting to confirm it, as the place lays outside of the known distribution area of O. gracilis. The area where the picture was taken has been studied quite extensively by several generations of Polish and Ukrainian botanists due to its outstanding floristic richness, but O. gracilis has never been reported from it. In fact, only O. alba, O. caryophyllacea and O. lutea have been found there so far. Unfortunately, I don't have any other pictures of the plant.
