Теберда, каменистый склон, поросший сосняком нежелательны, поскольку запятые в этом предложении уже заняты (служа разделителями в цепочке регионов), и использовать их для обозначения причастного оборота нехорошо. Поскольку отказаться от запятых как разделителей нельзя, то в описании места съёмки следует избегать причастных оборотов, заменяя их более простыми конструкциями. Например: Карачаево-Черкесия, г. Теберда, поросший сосняком каменистый склон. или Карачаево-Черкесия, г. Теберда, каменистый склон, сосняк.
