Это не фиалка, а жирянка (Pinguicula), очень интересное насекомоядное растение. По Flora Europaea, в Греции встречаются 2 вида - P. balcanica и P. hirtiflora. К сожалению, к ключу меня не пускают, но по снимкам в сети эти растения очень похожи на P. hirtiflora.
