Mikhail Kozhin	2 Да, я думаю Carex bigelowii. Просто уродливая форма - без мужских колосков. У осок такое бывает. Carex norvegiaca это быть не может, поскольку есть ненормальные прицветные листы, мешочки другие, колоски расставлены и видна тенденция к коревищности.
