Gábor Lendvai

Currently a freelance field biologist, I received my Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in the field of Ecology, Evolution and Behavior. My research interest includes evolutionary ecology, primarily life-history evolution, coevolution, and speciation, as well as biogeography and systematics. More recently I have been working on various applied conservation biology problems such as habitat restoration, reintroduction of threatened species, and monitoring populations of endangered species. I am particularly interested in the steppe ecosystem and its diversity of life.
