"Арабская" здесь тоже должна быть заменена на аравийскую, как и сложилось исторически

Но заменять (т.е. придумывать), я думаю, особого смысла нет - "в ходу" латинское название Acacia nilotica и и есть производное от него "Акация нильская", так что плодить сущности незачем.
