Во Флоре СССР синоним не Carex lanceata Dew., а Carex lanceolata Dew.

У Черепанова (1995) синонимом значится именно Carex lanceata Dew. (см. IPNI). А вот Carex lanceolata Boott (см. IPNI) - самостоятельный вид. Так что предлагаю оставить как есть.
