Κρεμάστρα=вешалка. Интересно, почему так назвали это растение?

Не совсем "вешалка". Таким же термином называли и цветоножку. Понятно почему - цветок же на ней "висит", или цветоножка - "вешалка" для цветка. Что же касается Кремастры, то в Genera Orchidacearum пишут так:
From the Greek kremastra, pedicel, referring to the prominent pedicellate ovary

The name Cremastra means “flower-stalk”, descriptive of the conspicuous pedicellate ovary (Schultes & Pease 1963), or refers to the long slender gynostemium (Garay & Sweet 1974).
